1.) All clothes in website are "pre-order" or "ready-stock" (Need to wait for 2-3 weeks to be reached).
3.) Pre-order clothes anytime will NO STOCK or something problem will caused to DELAY.
5.) The pictures of the products on our website, the colors may look different due to different screens and sunlight, please subject to the actual products themselves!
6.) Exchange policy only applies for sold items that have been damaged due to mishandling from our part. Any damages caused during delivery are held beyond our responsibilities. However, exchanges requisition must be report to us within seven (7) days from date of acknowledge receipt. Items returned must be unused with original packing.
7.) Full Payment must be made before pre-order closing date.
8.) There are no early inform for no stock clothes.
9.) No stock clothes will refund to your Maybank, Hong Leong Bank or RHB Bank. RM 2.00 will be deducted if transfer to others bank.
10.) No stock refund will add into your (User Extra Balance) for next time order using or leave us a message for money refund and provide your bank a/c (Maybank/RHB/Heong Leong Bank).
